Prepare a correction
Record the full HumanRank URL and quote the exact sentence. Include the primary source URL, relevant passage and date. Describe whether the issue concerns a fact, an interpretation or a missing disclosure.
Editorial handling
The proposed workflow is to acknowledge the report, inspect the primary evidence and record the decision. Material corrections should update the original page and publication log.
