Report an error
AI products change their limits, plans and settings often, so a guide can go out of date between our checks. When you report an error, please include:
- The page address and the sentence you think is wrong.
- A source that shows the correct information. The vendor's own documentation is best.
- The date you saw the change, if you know it.
We check the source and correct the page if we got something wrong. When a correction changes what a page says, we update the date its sources were last checked. Our ranking method explains how corrections work.
Vendor corrections
If you work for a company we cover, send corrections backed by your published documentation. We apply verified corrections whoever sends them. Vendors cannot approve our copy before publication or pay to change a recommendation. Our disclosure page explains how commercial relationships are handled.
Product submissions
To suggest a product for a future guide, include:
- the official product URL
- the task it is built for
- links to its documentation, plans and data policies
Submitting a product does not guarantee coverage. No one can pay for inclusion, placement or a better description.
Your data
If you email us, we use your message only to reply and act on it. Our privacy policy explains what the site collects, and our terms of use explain how our guides may be used and quoted.
What we cannot help with
We cannot provide support for other companies' products, recover accounts or answer billing questions about tools we cover. Please contact the vendor directly.
